Improving Delivery Services by Attending the 2024 ECA MarketPlace in Orlando
As part of our commitment to constantly evolving and networking with fellow courier services, we are sending our Founder and President – Larry Hill, to the 2024 ECA MarketPlace being held in Orlando, Florida. From April 8th through 10th, Larry will be treated to an almost speed-dating type of atmosphere to connect with fellow logistics companies and potential customers looking for solutions to everything from last-mile delivery to warehousing.
2024 ECA MarketPlace in Orlando
Since 1992, our team at Swift Delivery & Logistics has been honored to provide a variety of crucial delivery services to clients of all shapes and sizes. We work with everyone from hospitals to massive business enterprises in the Mid-Atlantic region. While we integrate modern technology and ensure the prompt, safe, and accurate delivery of goods, we also want to maintain our foothold as an industry leader.
During this conference, we will provide a company profile of all Swift Delivery & Logistics offers, including our real-time tracking, automated notifications, pooled distribution, and flexible fleet vehicles. As we browse the different vendors and providers, we will reach out and connect to boost the matches and potential collaborations to schedule quick meetups.
All of this is done over 15-minute interviews. That is why we are happy to send Larry, as he has an incredible history within the industry, to weed through the over 600+ company representatives who will be in attendance.
The goal of this conference is not just building new relationships and connections. The courier industry faces many challenges, and we need to adjust to maintain our operational excellence.
2024 brings concerns about driver availability, alternative fuel sources, AI in logistics software and customer service, and even the introduction of drone technology. Beyond the speed dating, Larry will get the chance to see where the industry is trending so we can adjust Swift Delivery & Logistics’ future accordingly.
While we have done a fantastic job of keeping our doors open and thriving in the unpredictable economy, the move toward hybrid work models and at-home side hustles is likely to grow demand for shipping and logistics. The shift of many businesses from baby boomer ownership to younger generations used to the lightning fast delivery systems of online retailers is also likely to impact the conference.
We’re excited to learn what Larry brings back from ECA MarketPlace and the connections he’ll make on our behalf to strengthen our business. We wish him all the best and maybe a bit of sunscreen, as sunny Orlando is certain to be bright this time of year.
If you would like to learn more about the upcoming conference, you can visit the official ECA MarketPlace website. While registration is closed for this year’s event, it will give you a heads-up for next year’s annual meeting and membership in the organization.
